How do our clients deploy this feature?
We assisted a Field Service contractor by deploying a custom iPad application which allows them to dispatch, quote and process work orders and receive payment information from the field. The office can setup a work order, dispatch the work to a technician and then receive payment information once the job is done.
In another example, we created a mobile application which assisted a Not-for-profit (NFP) client to evaluate low income housing units by documenting apartment conditions including the ability to take and attach pictures of each room. A user filed out a form while taking notes and pictures and the information was then synchronized to a central database for analysis.
One of our manufacturing clients migrated their system into our Virtual Office solution which included the ability to remotely deliver all their applications to any device utilizing Citrix’s XenApp technology. This enabled their sales people, executives and delivery personal to process orders, monitor business performance and provide service excellence all while out of the office.
